Some changes begin quietly, with a tension, a pattern, a question that lingers. My work often begins here: helping people and teams notice what’s emerging and give it shape. It’s not about fixing meaning, but about opening space where transformation can take root.
-
I work with others to imagine what’s next, not by forecasting the future but by exploring what’s possible. This kind of imagining invites curiosity, makes room for complexity, and holds space for hope.
-
For ideas to grow, they need thoughtful processes. I create ways of working that nurture participation, creativity, and care, where play is welcome, direction shared, and momentum builds over time.

The Last of Us. Loved the video game. Love the show. Give me post-apocalyptic tenderness any day.
