Some changes begin quietly — a tension, a pattern, a question that lingers. My work often starts here: helping people and teams notice what’s emerging and give it shape. It’s not about fixing meaning, but gently opening space where transformation can take root.
-
I work with others to imagine what’s next — not by forecasting the future, but by exploring what’s possible. This kind of imagining invites curiosity, makes room for complexity, and holds space for hope.
-
And for ideas to grow, they need thoughtful processes. I design ways of working that support participation, creativity and care — where play is welcomed, direction is shared, and momentum builds over time.

The Last of Us. Loved the video game. Love the show. Give me post-apocalyptic tenderness any day.
