Before change can happen, it needs a language. Not a strategy deck. Something shared, flexible enough to hold disagreement, and specific enough to point somewhere.
I work at the intersection of strategic framing, co-creation and transition design: gathering insights and evidence, bringing in the right voices, mapping what's possible, and drawing careful lines between where an organisation is and where it could go. The aim is never to narrow the conversation before it's ready. The aim is to build a frame that expands imagination while staying tethered to what can actually be set in motion. -
I don’t focus on forecasting. Forecasting tells you what's likely. I'm more interested in what's possible, and what it feels like to be inside it.
I work with leaders and teams to make futures tangible: not as slides or trend reports, but as experiences you can step inside. The real work is creating conditions for people to genuinely suspend disbelief, to hold the space for imagining something different. That shift is where leaders reconnect with what their organisation is actually here to do, and where strategy starts to feel worth fighting for.
Futures stop being abstract when you can hold them in your hands: an event that shifts perspective and sparks action, a physical artefact from a world that doesn't exist yet, an immersive walkthrough that makes the hypothetical feel uncomfortably plausible. -
Play is about experimenting with what could be, rather than what is. A playful attitude is what gets you there. And taking that seriously is what allows us to explore the edges, test limits, and find out what we are actually capable of.
I design processes that invite organisations to work that way. Not by explaining the concept, but by creating environments where it becomes the obvious thing to do. That means getting deep inside a team's culture first: how they communicate, where trust lies, what risk actually feels like from the inside. From there I build conditions where the fear of looking silly dissolves, and what surfaces is genuine, spoken freely, and ready to shift.
