Born in Slovenia.
Currently based in Copenhagen, Denmark.

I work with people and organisations to make sense of complexity, navigate change, and create space for collective imagination.

  • Some changes begin quietly — a tension, a pattern, a question that lingers. My work often starts here: helping people and teams notice what’s emerging and give it shape. It’s not about fixing meaning, but gently opening space where transformation can take root.

  • I work with others to imagine what’s next — not by forecasting the future, but by exploring what’s possible. This kind of imagining invites curiosity, makes room for complexity, and holds space for hope.

  • And for ideas to grow, they need thoughtful processes. I design ways of working that support participation, creativity and care — where play is welcomed, direction is shared, and momentum builds over time.

Somewhere between a morning stretch and a slow coffee brew, I tend to think in questions and find comfort in contradictions. Five questions and answers to break the ice.

  • Real Review — big fan of the short essay format and how it gets to the point, artfully.

  • Sister Corita Kent. A rockstar of radical creativity and kindness.

  • Rewilding our lives. Getting closer to nature, again. That, and thinking with our thoughts instead of thumbs (hello, brain-computer interfaces).

  • Collecting contradictions like keepsakes.
    Feels her way through complexity.
    Finds humour in odd corners.

  • The Last of Us. Loved the video game. Love the show. Give me post-apocalyptic tenderness any day.
