Born in Slovenia.
Currently based in Copenhagen, Denmark.

I work with people and organisations to make sense of complexity, navigate change, and create space for collective imagination.

  • Before change can happen, it needs a language. I create frameworks, tools, and shared systems of meaning that help organisations talk about the transitions ahead, without narrowing the conversation before it's ready to be narrowed. Working at the intersection of transition design, strategic framing, and co-creation, I bring together research and the right experts to map what's possible: identifying boundaries, surfacing opportunity spaces, and drawing careful lines back to the possibilities already at hand. The goal is a shared frame, one that expands the organisation's horizon of imagination while staying connected to what can actually be set in motion.

  • I work with leaders and teams to make possible futures tangible, not by forecasting, but by building experiences you can step inside. The real work is creating just enough space, and just the right conditions, for people to suspend disbelief: to bear the weight of imagining something genuinely different. That shift in perspective lets leaders reconnect with what their organisation is for, examine business priorities with fresh eyes, and ask how the brand might meet people as humans rather than as consumers. Futures stop being abstract when you can hold them in your hands, whether that's an event that shifts the room, a physical artefact or installation, or an immersive walkthrough of a world that doesn't exist yet.

  • Play is an attitude, a sensibility, a way of being. To play with something is to explore its possibilities, to test its limits, to move beyond the functional and into the realm of the unexpected. I design processes that invite organisations to work that way, not by instruction, but by immersion. That means getting deep inside a team's culture first: understanding how they communicate, where trust lives, what risk feels like from the inside. From there, I build conditions where fear dissolves, and what emerges is shared, spoken freely, and ready to act on.

Somewhere between a morning stretch and a slow coffee brew, I tend to think in questions and find comfort in contradictions. Five questions and answers to break the ice.

  • Real Review — big fan of the short essay format and how it gets to the point, artfully.

  • Sister Corita Kent. A rockstar of radical creativity and kindness.

  • Rewilding our lives. Getting closer to nature, again. That, and thinking with our thoughts instead of thumbs (hello, brain-computer interfaces).

  • Collecting contradictions like keepsakes.
    Feels her way through complexity.
    Finds humour in odd corners.

  • Open Throat by Henry Hoke. What a nice twist of perspective!
